We were heading out of town, and decided to come to Jack in the Box on Yosemite. Had trouble with the app working right and trying to order the deals on the app. However, the customer service was great! The ladies working here are friendly, and today was no exception. All smiles for me! :) It was pretty quiet, and we had the small indoor dining area to ourselves. It was clean. The food was alright to good. The two tacos were good, I usually order extra cheese, but like I said, the app wasn't allowing us to order everything the way we wanted. My hamburger meat pattie was a little overcooked, and I couldn't finish it. However, my egg and cheese was great, and the tacos had enough lettuce for a salad! Which was nice. All in all, it was good. We usually go through the drive-through late at night, and will continue. During the day, it is nice to eat inside. :) I give them 5 stars overall, took away a half star for the app. ordering. It is the best way (other than paper coupons that come in the mail) to get a good deal. Another half star subtracted for overcooked meat. :(
We love to keep coming back to this jack in the box every time we are in town from Gilroy,CA. Fast service, and great customer service. We've got the same employee the last few times we've come down, and she is so sweet and always makes us feel so welcome. We asked her what her name was and she said it was Alicia. Talk about a great face to represent an establishment. This girl has been kind and very polite to us each time we come through. We appreciate the hard work she does for this restaurant. Great service! The food quality is fine, it's fast food so of course you're going to get unhealthy, comfort food. I usually get breakfast burritos here in the morning if I'm too lazy to cook.
